Digital Platform Rebuild
A website, training platform and workflow rebuild for an athletic performance studio, improving the client experience and increasing revenue by 126%.
Digital systems that matched the coaching
A boutique athletic performance studio had outgrown its digital setup. The coaching experience was strong, but the systems around it no longer reflected the quality of the business.
The website was dated and difficult to navigate. The training platform made it harder than it needed to be for athletes to access programs, track progress and stay engaged between sessions. Behind the scenes, scheduling, billing, onboarding and content delivery still relied on manual admin.
Our approach
We rebuilt the parts of the business that clients touched, then improved the admin workflows sitting behind them.
The new website was designed to better reflect the quality of the coaching and convert visitors into enquiries. It was tested against the old site so the impact could be measured rather than assumed.
The training platform was rebuilt so athletes could access programs, progress tracking and content in one place, on any device. The aim was to make the between-session experience feel as considered as the in-person coaching.
We also introduced backend automations around the repeatable admin. New client onboarding, session scheduling, program delivery and invoicing moved into clearer workflows, giving the team more room to focus on coaching.
Rollout
The rebuild was phased with the business. The website came first because it was the fastest part to validate. The training platform followed, then the backend automations.
Each phase was tested with real users before moving on. The website was A/B tested against the original, the training platform was rolled out to a small group of athletes first, and the automations were introduced gradually so the team could adjust without disruption.
The result
Revenue more than doubled. The team spent less time managing admin and more time coaching. Athletes got a digital experience that better matched the quality of the in-person work.
There was no need for exotic tooling. The result came from building a better system around the business: a clearer website, a stronger training experience and less repeatable admin around the coaching work.
