I find perspective so interesting. Perspective is the only thing that is standing between you and someone you vehemently disagree with - if you experienced their experience, their decisions, their information, then it's what you would believe too.
Perspective matters because it informs the way we deliberate, it informs how we think about others, and in a business context, how our potential customers operate. If used curiously, perspective unlocks the reasoning and beliefs that drive behaviour that is different to what we expected - "they purchased from a competitor instead of us" or "they don't understand why this is important".
To immerse yourself in different perspectives is important. "They were right not to purchase from us", why?
Perspective matters because it helps you see things that you might have not seen before.
